The cusp of the situation is
that elephant poops too much!
And I've hired a person to
clean that muck all up!

But they didn't do it,
and the city's filed charges!
The person left my high and dry!

How do you avoid charges from the city
when your elephant poops all around?

when there's no dung beetles to be found?

Those dung beetles would have helped me, I know.
Those dung beetles are so helpful!
But when I bought the elephant,
I did not buy dung beetles.

I should've also bought dung beetles.
I should've bought the beetles.
Now the city is filing charges.

The city does not like the waste.

I have to admit the elephant,
it poops all over the place.

I think I might hire another
person to help me out.
I need to make sure that they're really handy
when the elephant spouts.
